Step2 : Confirm Details & Quotation
Confirm the uvled lamp and details design such as luminous area, power, wavelength, Irradiance, overall dimensions, packaging and so on. Then we we will provide you an accurate quotation based on your needs.
Step3: Payment Processed
Production will start once the designs and payment are confirmed.
Step4: Drawing Checking
Our technician and designer will will offer a drawing of the uvled lamp for final confirmation before production, to avoid any mistake.
Step5: UV LED parts processed & IQC
Before assembly, our IQC department will inspect whether the size of the lamp housing shell is consistent with the led module, the wavelength of the led chip, the power of the chip, the voltage, and the series and parallel mode and strap to ensure quality. You can request photos at this stage.
Step6: Assembly UV Lamp & Process QC
Once all parts have passed inspection, assembly occurs in a assembly room. After assembly, each watch undergoes PQC, including checks for appearance, functionality, and performance. Photo inspections can be requested at this stage.
Step7: Final QC
After assembly, a final quality check is performed, including 8-hour aging test, irradiance test, power and voltage operation test, fan stable operation test, water-cooling circulation system test. Once complete, we will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is in order.
Step8: Inspection & Payment of Balance
After the customer inspects the goods and pays the balance, we will prepare for packaging.
Step9: Packing
We offer two packging options for our customers. Free packing or SULODAK Box.
Step10: Delivery
We will dispatch the goods by air express or by plane or by sea, decided by the customers. If you have a cooperative freight forwarder, we can also ask for the goods to be delivered to a designated handover location. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the UV Lamp volume, weight and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
Step11: Warranty of SULODAK
All goods will be 100% passes three QC before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the SULODAK brand products from the date of delivery.
