SULODAK（SHENZHEN）TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD Debut is a Peak Achievement: A Cross-National UV LED Curing System Retrofit Project Case Study
In March 2025, at the Guangzhou International Printing Exhibition, We met Mr. David Ye. In May of the same year, this valuable business partnership bore fruit—we successfully completed the upgrade of the water-cooled Uv Led Curing system for David rotary printing equipment located overseas.
Project Challenges:
- Equipment Parameters: 6-color rotary printing press, 350mm maximum printing width, production speed of 100-150 meters/minute.
- Core Difficulty:Need to remotely design a high-precision uv lamp bracket (tolerance requirement within ±1mm).
- Special Limitation: Due to the cross-national nature of the project, unable to collect data on site.
Technical Breakthroughs:
Our engineering team completed the following in just 7 working days (May 15–22, 2025):
- Ultraviolet Lights configuration plan
- 3D modeling and engineering drawings
- Virtual assembly simulation
- Cross-timezone technical support (via email, wechat)

Implementation results:
After confirming the solution, the team completed the following in 20 working days:
- Custom production
- Multi-times UV curing lamp system tests
- Achieved all performance indicators
- Prepared international logistics plan
