Recently, Sulodak (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the R&D and implementation of customized LED Uv Curing Lamps for a client's offset printing operations, and launched a comprehensive UV curing light source solution designed for high-speed offset printing production lines.Leveraging core strengths in proprietary optical R&D, this custom curing lamp features an upgraded water-cooling system that significantly enhances light uniformity and supports on-demand configuration across the 365–420 nm UV wavelength range. With instant startup and uniform light distribution, the system effectively resolves industry pain points—such as heat-induced paper deformation and incomplete surface ink curing—associated with traditional curing processes, thereby meeting the demands of high-speed, continuous, long-term operation in offset printing equipment.
