Sulodak completes volume shipment of UV LED curing systems for 6-color flexo presses
Sulodak recently shipped a Uv Led Curing system (Model SU-3703065O) designed specifically for 6-color flexographic presses with a maximum printing width of less than 370mm.
The core configuration of the system is as follows:
6 sets of curing lamps: Independently controlled color groups, precisely aligned with 6 printing units.
Integrated electrical control cabinet: Automated control via PLC and touchscreen interface.
Encoder-based speed tracking: Real-time synchronization with the flexo press running speed and automatic adjustment of curing power (dimming based on speed).
Sensor connection ports: Includes automatic material-break detection functionality.
5HP chiller: Closed-loop cooling with constant temperature control, ensuring high-quality continuous production.
This system fully meets the independent curing requirements of each printing unit on a 6-color flexo press, supporting production speeds of up to 120 m/min. An integrated electronic control system simplifies operations, while a 5P chiller ensures intelligent temperature control; this maintains stable, low-temperature operating conditions—even during prolonged, full-load operation—guaranteeing consistent and durable light source output.
