1.Are you a factory?

Yes! We are factory, we have been producing UV LED products for 10+ years.
2.What's the price?

Kindly contact us and tell us your curing area, power, wavelength, usage.
3.What if the normal emitting area and peak irradiance cannot meet my requirements?

Do not worry! Any products can be customized (emitting size, Peak Irradiance, cooling method...) according to your needs.
4.What's the Peak Irradiance I need?

It depends on your UV sensitive materials and your production efficiency.
5.Which size of the UV LED do I need?

It depends on your product’s size that need to cure or print head model/quantity/arrangement method etc.
6.What's the application of UV LED curing system?

UV LED curing system can be used for curing UV glue, UV ink, UV coating, UV adhesive, UV paint, UV varnish and other UV sensitive materials
7.What's the wavelength of the UV LED lamp?

The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are 365-405nm.The wavelength for digital printer is 395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine,365nm for Uv glue.
8.What's your LED chip brand?

We use are Korea Seoul, China Sanan，Taiwna Epileds, Japan Nichia about the LED chip brand
9. What's the materials of the lamp and lens?

The materials of lamp is aviation aluminium, and high-temperature resistant quartz glass.
10.What's the lifespan of UV LED?

The lifespan of the LED chip is 20,000-30,000 hours in theory. lf you take care it during the usage, it usually can be used 3-5years. Sulodak's initial customers have been used the UV LED for 5 years.
11.What's the warranty?

All of products can warranty for one year, if any parts damaged in warranty, we can supply the parts for free, but you need send back the UV LED lamp and power supply or water chiller, other parts no need send back.
12.How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

lt usually takes 1-3 working days depending on the quantity. Most of the regular models are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 days, and customized products will be shipped within 7-15-25 working days according to the different quantity.
13.What is your usual payment terms for orders?
